Purchases Made Online
If the item(s) you purchased either in store or online isn’t what you expected, there’s no need to worry. Down below you’ll find more information on our return and exchange policy.
Returns on Regular Priced Merchandise (within Canada):
Orders online can be returned by mail or in store. To receive a full refund, a return must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Items returned must be in new condition, with tags on and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective item. Shipping with a tracking number is strongly recommended. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a package.
Items purchased on Sale:
Items with discounts are final sale, not exchangeable or refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in store. We do not offer direct exchanges online, however you can contact our customer service team to return your original order and place a new order online.
Note: At the moment, we do not accept any international returns or exchanges
How to Return Online Purchases
You must first contact us by email to obtain a return number that you will need to display on the packaging.
You have two options for returning your order
- By carrier: The merchandise can be returned to us, in appropriate packaging and including the order form, at the following address

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of a defective item. Shipping with a tracking number is strongly recommended. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a package.
To be accepted, the item must not have been worn or washed, and must contain its tags and, if applicable, its original packaging. - Return directly to the store: It is possible to return the product(s) directly to the address mentioned above, under the same conditions as for a return by carrier. Please note that the refund cannot be made in store, but only via the merchant site. However, it is possible to issue a credit note valid in the entire store.
Please note: You can reuse the original packaging, or use any other suitable packaging. If reusing the original for the return, be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label with your return label. Make sure to include the invoice (or the order number) inside the return package, otherwise we will not be able to identify your order.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Disclaimer: If your return is mailed back outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Riverstone Sport reserves the right to refuse the return. Processing the return will be made at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.
